How we can help you
The first question to consider is whether you already know where the memorial is going?
For some, this is easy, if your loved one has been buried in a churchyard or cemetery you may already have an idea of the type of memorial that you are looking for. But for others, perhaps where a green burial or cremation has taken place, you may be less certain of the type of memorial you would like.
Our website will be able to give you some ideas and inspiration and if you already know what you are looking for there are options to purchase online.
However, we believe it is often important to be able to talk to someone about your needs and what you would like to achieve and as such our staff are all experienced in helping to guide you through this often emotional decision making process. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to access this help and we understand it is important for you to feel as comfortable as possible when making these decisions.
Here are a number of ways in which you can talk to us.

Make an appointment at one of our branches
Each of our branch pages has a section introducing the showroom managers in order for you to know a little about who you will meet when you visit and how they might be able to help you, we hope this will help it to feel a little more comfortable when you visit

Virtual appointment – Zoom, Skype, facetime
If you are worried about corona virus or find it difficult to get out, or if you are too far away from one of our branches, but would still like to be able to speak to someone face to face, we are very happy to arrange a virtual appointment with you
